General

Our terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. If you have finally sent an order, it is binding.
All items offered can be delivered immediately, otherwise the item will be removed or marked accordingly.
Our customer service is working exclusively by e-mail in German.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) .


Terms of payment

Payments are processed using secure (https) encryption. All major credit cards are accepted as means of payment. Payments via Paypal and Coinbase (Bitcoin or Etherum) are also possible.

Product range

All information about the goods that the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in the description, illustration and price.

Right of return

We grant a right of return within a period of 7 days. The goods must not show any signs of use or damage. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.


Complaints

Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect delivery must be reported to us in writing immediately, no later than 10 days from the invoice date.

Liability

The customer assumes liability for returns. We are not liable for any damage to property or persons caused by the use of our goods or information. All items are used at the customer's risk. VANA assumes no liability for careless use or consequential damage.

Claims

Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to late and non-delivery are strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual color of the product.

Severability clause

Should provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become partially ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The parties are obliged to replace the ineffective provisions with a legally valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal sense and purpose of the ineffective provision.
Changes to these GTC are possible at any time. The status at the time applies to every order.
Swiss law applies exclusively, place of jurisdiction is Zurich
